At Global Direct Homes + Interiors, LLC we’re setting new standards of quality and value within the home building industry. Our network of dealers, real estate professionals, contractors, builders and homebuyers have complete peace of mind when making the decision to buy any Global Direct product. We also take special pride that our ordering process is simple and straight forward.
Once your order arrives at Global Direct’s Corporate Office, it is checked for accuracy. Plans are modified (if necessary), stamped and approved for your city/state’s IRC Building code specifications. Then your order is forwarded to our factory where it is immediately processed. Within just 90 days, your complete home package (and any additional selected home and interior products) is shipped in large containers directly to your building site. Deliveries are scheduled to arrive in three separate shipments.
The first delivery will contain all the materials necessary to build the structure of your home (except the foundation). The second delivery will consist of the interior components which include the interior walls and insulation, cabinets, flooring, lighting and plumbing fixtures. The third and final container will hold any additional non-attached items such as indoor and outdoor furniture, spas, etc. This three-stage delivery process is designed to coordinate smoothly with your contractor so that no time is wasted in making your dream of a new home a reality.

4. Determine complete pricing and sign a sales agreement with the dealer.
5. Make a down payment.
6. Dealer places your order with Global Direct.
